10 slices of day old bread
10 eggs
3 c. milk
1 c. sliced smokies or cubed ham
1/2 c. cubed Velveeta or similar cheese
4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cube the bread and put half in greased 9x13 baking pan. Layer cubed cheese and meat on top. Mix eggs, milk and salt with rest of bread cubes and pour in pan. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Cover with foil and refrigerate several hours or overnight. Bake at 350º for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours. Remove foil after 1 hour.
