2 1/2 cups Vanilla Wafers, crushed
1 cup Butter
1 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
2 Eggs
1 lg. can Pineapple
1/2 pt. Whipped Cream

Directions:
Directions:
1st Mixture: Combine wafers and 1/2 cup melted butter well. Press into 8X12 pan. Bake 15 minutes @ 325. Cool. 2nd Mixture: Cream 1/2 cup butter and gradually blend in powdered sugar. Beat eggs and add to mixture. Beat until light and fluffy. Spread over first mixture 3rd Mixture: Whip cream until stiff, Drain pineapple and fold into whipped cream. Spread over second mixture. Cover with crushed vanilla wafer crumbs. Chill several hours.
