1 loaf thin sliced Pepperidge Farm bread

Soften and mix:
1/2 lb butter
1 cup sugar
2 Tbsp dried orange rind

Directions:
Directions:
Place a large spoonful of the mixture on each piece of bread. Spread all at once (easier if bread is frozen).
Cut each slice in 3 pieces and place on 2 cookie sheets.
Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour or less.
Serve with whipped cream cheese.
