2 to 2 1/2 lb beef flank steak
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 finely minced onion
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
1 tbsp minced fresh garlic
1 tsp dried red pepper flakes

Marinate steak with all the ingredients in a ziploc bag for 1 to 24 hours, turning bag occasionally. Grill the steak, reserve the marinade. Simmer marinade over medium heat until reduced by half. Slice steak across the grain into very thin slices. Drizzle with reduced marinade.
