Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb of smoked king mackerel
2 sticks of butter
8 oz of cream cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup chopped green onion
The juice of one lemon
sriracha hot chili sauce (Chinese hot sauce) to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Let butter and cream cheese soften to room temperature. Break up fish, check for bones. Using your hands, thoroughly blend all ingredients together. Form into what ever shape desired. A fish shape is always fun, or line a bowl or mold with saran wrap and put pate in bowl, chill, invert and remove bowl before serving.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
We always catch and smoke our own fish. But I am sure any firm smoked white fish would work in this recipe.
