Ingredients:  
8 ounces white mushroom caps with uniform size (big enough to stuff)
Mix of minced onion and celery.
Cheddar cheese
Italian sausage

Directions:
Directions:
Broil regular good sized mushroom caps about 5 minutes until begging to soften
In a bowl mix a stuffing of onion, celery, cheddar cheese and Italian sausage. The mix can be as you desire.
Fill mushrooms - top with dab of butter.
Broil until sausage is cooked and browned.
