2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 can Poppy Seed filling
1 1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 can Milnot (evaporated) milk
2 c. flour
1tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Beat together eggs, sugar and oil. Set aside.
Sift together flour, salt, baking soda.
Slowly add flour mixture to eggs and sugar.
Then add poppy seed and evaporated milk. Beat on high for 2 minutes.
Pour into large greased tube pan.
Bake at 350º for 1 1/4 hour or until cake is done.
