Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
2 lbs. sirloin steak cut into cubes or strips (easier to cut if slightly frozen)
1 c. chopped green onions (rough chop)
2 green peppers cut lengthwise
1 bunch celery (or 2 cups) cut lengthwise to be pretty
4 ounces fresh mushrooms sliced
1/2 c. butter or oil
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 chicken bullion cube
1/2 cup water
2 T. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Saute everything together.
Serve with rice and good sliced tomatoes.

This is one of my mom's favorites. She had this big orange skillet that got a great workout with this recipe and many others. She served for company and for home.

You can add 1 lb. of fresh spinach near the end of the saute if you like. I don't remember that Mom every did! Sounds good to me.
