1 lb can red salmon
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tsp grated onion
1 tsp horse radish
1 1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
3 tbsp snipped fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Drain and flake salmon. Combine salmon with cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, horse radish and salt. Mix well with fork - chill 2 hours. Put nuts and parsley on wax paper; form salmon mix into a log and roll in nuts & parsley. Can be made ahead and frozen. Best when made the night before.
