8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
4 oz roquefort or blue cheese, softened
1 tea. worchestershire sauce
1 T. grated onion
1 c. finely chopped pecans
1 c. finely chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cheddar, cream cheese, roquefort, worchestershire, onion in bowl, mix well. Add 1/2 c. of pecans and 1/2 c. parsley; mix well. Shape into ball. Roll in remaining pecans, roll in remaining parsley. Chill for 3 to 4 hours. Let stand at room temperature for 1 hour before serving.

This is Aunt Jane's recipe! The only thing I've changed is I omitted the use of MSG. This is a huge hit every holiday season, so thank you Aunt Jane for the recipe:)
