3 cups sugar
1 cup butter
4 eggs
2 tbsp vanilla flavoring
4 tbsp buttermilk
3 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
4 bananas, mashed
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º. Spray two loaf pans with Pam. Cream the sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla, and milk together. Stir together the flour, soda and salt. Blend dry ingredients into the creamed mixture, stirring well. Add mashed bananas and nuts. Bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes. Loosen loaves with knife and remove from pans to finish cooling.
