2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1/4 tsp sale
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
1/4 cup oil
1 20-oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained

Icing:
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 box powdered sugar
1/4 cup butter, softened
2 tsp vanilla flavoring
2 tsp lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease & flour a 13 x 9 inch cake pan. Sift together the sugar, flour, salt, soda, and baking powder. Add the eggs, oil, and pineapple. Beat together with mixer for 2 minutes. Pour into pan and bake for about 35 minutes. When cool, mix together all of the icing ingredients and beat on high with mixer. Frost cool cake.
