1 tsp. butter
1 egg
1 slice bread
salt, pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat small frying pan to medium heat.

Add butter to pan, melt until slightly sizzling.

Use small cup or juice glass to cut hole in center of bread.

Place bread in pan, carefully break egg and slip into hole in bread. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Fry gently until egg sets, and yolk is firm, flip over to lightly brown bottom of bread slice.

When done, remove to plate, and fry reserved circle from bread on both sides. Spread reserved circle with jelly and serve.
