2 cups corn flakes
1 tbsp Chef Paul Prudhomme's Magic Seasoning
Blends Poultry Magic
1/4 cup melted butter
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Pour cornflakes and seasoning into a ziplock bag. Crush cornflakes with a rolling pin.

One at a time, dip chicken breasts in melted butter. ( I melt the butter in the microwave in a small dish. ) PLace in ziplock bag and shake until coated.

Place chicken breasts in a glass pan. Pour extra butter on top and add more cornflakes and seasoning if you like. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
