4 T. butter or margarine
1/2 cup brown sugar
2T. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
3 cups sliced carrots, cooked and drained
1T. fresh dried mint

Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt butter in skillet.
2. Stir in brown sugar, mustard, and salt.
3. Add cooked carrots.
4. Heat, stirring constantly until glazed.
5. Sprinkle with mint.

A good way to use fresh dried mint from the garden.
