1 Bag fresh or frozen cranberries
1 C. Sugar
1 T. Fresh ginger, grated
2 T. Red-wine vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
In large saucepan, bring cranberries, sugar, ginger and 2 T. water to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer until most of the cranberries have popped; 10 to 15 minutes. Stir in vinegar.

Remove from heat. Let cool at room temperature and served. Can be refrigerated up to 3 days.
