1lb. Hamburger
6-8 Soft taco shells
1 Package taco seasoning
1 Can cream of mushroom soup
1 Can (10oz.) Enchilada sauce
1 Package cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and season with taco seasoning as directed. Add taco meat to shells and roll. Place in 9x13 pan. Mix cream of mushroom soup and enchilada sauce together. Pour over enchiladas. Cover with cheese. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes. You can also put a pinch of cheese inside the enchiladas.
