8 eggs
1 c milk
1/2 c flour
1 t baking powder
2 t sugar
1 t salt
1 t pepper
dash of tobasco
1 t dried oregano
1 t dried rosemary
1 t dried chives
1 16 oz carton cottage cheese
8 oz cubed creamed cheese
2 c shredded cheese divided
1 bunch asparagus

Directions:

whisk eggs, milk, flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, pepper and tobasco till frothy. Stir in oregano, rosemary, chives, cottage cheese, cream cheese, 1 c. cheese and asparagus, (trimmed and cut into 1 in pieces).
Preheat oven to 400

Pour into lightly greased 9x13 pan. Top with 1 c. shredded cheese. Bake immediately or cover and refrigerate. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes. (longer if refrigerated)
