3/4 c. Shredded Italian blend cheese
2 c. Mash potatoes
8 oz. Ground beef
4 oz. Italian Sausage
1/2 c. Onions
2 c. Zucchini or yellow summer squash
14 1/2 oz. Diced tomatoes
3 oz. Tomato paste
1/4 tsp. Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F. Stir 1/2 c. of the cheese into the potatoes, set mixture aside. In a large skillet, cook ground beef, sausage and onion until meat is brown and onion is tender. Drain off fat. Stir zucchini or yellow summer squash, undrained diced tomatoes, tomato paste and pepper in skillet. Bring to a boil. Divide meat mixture equally in 6 (10 oz.) casserole dishes. Sprinkle w. remaining cheese and paprika. Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 3 minutes.
