48oz box of rigatoni
4 Roma tomatoes (Diced into small cubes)
1 Small can of sliced black olives
½ pound Fresh Mozzarella cheese (Cut into small rectangles)
1 Tbsp. of crushed garlic
1 small can of mushrooms
Virgin olive oil
¼ cup of Parmesan cheese
1 bay leaf
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to box and drain. Coat pasta with olive oil. Mix all ingredients. Cover for an hour and serve chilled.
