4 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 cup white karo syrup
15 drops red food coloring
3/4 tsp cinnamon oil (find @ drug store)
candy thermometer

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, water, and syrup in large Dutch oven. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Add food coloring and continue to cook without stirring until it reaches hard crack stage (300º). Remove from heat and add oil. Mix well and fast. Pour into buttered 10x15 jelly roll pan. Let cool. Break into pieces.
