1 pound ground beef
4 T. chili powder
1 T. red or black pepper
1 large onion chopped very fine
1 T. garlic powder
2 T. vinegar
3 4 T. cornmeal to be added 15 minutes before chili is done

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beef and drain off the fat. Add the rest of the ingredients, cover with water completely and simmer 2 ½ to 3 hours on stove or crock pot on low. Keep adding water to keep it from drying out. Then add the corn meal and cook an additional 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
