1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 large Vidalia onion, finely diced
3 cloves minced garlic
¼ teaspoon salt
1 ½ teaspoons dry hot mustard
2 tablespoons fresh parsley
2 teaspoons paprika
1 cup chili sauce
½ cup bourbon
1/3 cup 100% Vermont maple syrup
¼ cup red wine vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Put oil in a frying pan, saute onion and garlic until translucent. Add salt, mustard, parsley and paprika and simmer for 5 minutes. Then throw in everything else. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 30 minutes.
Cool completely and puree in blender.

Slop over chicken wings or ribs.
