¾ cup heavy whipping cream
½ cup mayonnaise, not Miracle Whip and not low fat
½ cup prepared horseradish, drained well
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
Pinch of sugar
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Whip the cream in a cold bowl until it forms soft peaks. In a separate bowl, combining the mayonnaise, horseradish and mustard. Using a rubber spatula, fold in the whipped cream. Add the sugar, salt and pepper. Stir well and transfer to a serving bowl.
