1/2 cup peanut butter
1 lime, juiced and zested
2 1/2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon seasoned rice vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons honey
2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
1 tablespoon minced ginger
1/2 cup cilantro leaves and stems
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
2-3 teaspoons Sriracha chili sauce
2-4 tablespoons water

Directions:
Directions:
Chop garlic, cilantro leaves and stems, and garlic. Place ingredients in bowl. Add juice and zest of lime. Mix in remaining ingredients: peanut butter, sesame oil, seasoned rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, honey, vegetable oil, Kosher salt, Sriracha chili sauce, and water. Pour dressing over Thai Peanut Noodle Salad (see separate recipe).

This dressing is good on any type of vegetable. Any chili sauce will work if Sriracha is unavailable.
