1 lbs. ground chuck
1 egg
1/2 c. bread crumbs
Salt & Pepper
1 tbsp. Onion Powder
1 tbsp. Garlic Powder
1 16 oz. can tomatoes mashed
1-1/2 stems celery chopped
1 medium onion chopped
1 bay leaf
1 tomato can of water
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first six ingredients and make into meatballs.

Mix tomatoes, celery, onion, bay leaf and water. Bring to boil and add meatballs. Simmer 1-1/2 hours.

Add cornstarch to 1/4 c. water and add to boiling meatballs to thicken.

Serve meatballs over mashed potatoes
