Filling:
3/4 cup Sugar
2 1/2 tbsp. Cornstarch
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
6 cups Peaches
1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 tbsp. Margarine

Topping:
1 cup Flour, sifted
1 cup Sugar
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 Egg, well beaten
1/2 cup Evaporated Milk
1/2 cup Butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 'filling' ingredients in a bowl. Place peaches in bottom of 8 x 9 baking dish. Mix dry ingredients. Combine milk, egg and butter. Mix with dry ingredients until smooth. Pour over peaches. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until brown.
