6 tbsp. Chili Sauce (see recipe under Sauces)
2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
1-1/2 tbsp. Horseradish
1/4 c. Grated Onion
1 tsp. Worchester Sauce
2 drops Tabasco Sauce
Salt
1 lbs. Shrimp - cleaned
1 stalk Celery chopped
1/2 tsp. Pickling Spice
1 Bay Leaf
1 tbsp. Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients.

Plunge 1 lbs. shrimp into rapidly boiling salted water. Add bay leaf, chopped celery, pickling spice and vinegar. Cook until shells turn pink. About 15 minutes.

Arrange shrimp in individual serving dishes with Chili Sauce for garnish.
