1 1/2 lb. beef tenderloin or boneless top loin -
(cut into stew size pieces)
2 tbsp. margarine or butter
1 1/2 cups beef bouillon
2 tbsp. catsup
1 garlic clove - finely chopped
1 tsp. salt
8 oz mushrooms sliced
1 med onion, chopped (approx. 1/2 c)
3 tbsp. flour
1 cup dairy sour cream (I use 1/2 pint)
3-4 cups hot cooked noodles
1 tbsp. margarine or butter

Dredge meat in flour. Cook - stir beef in 2 tbsp. margarine over low heat until brown. Stir bouillon, catsup, garlic, salt into skillet. Heat to boiling - reduce heat. Cover and simmer until beef is tender. (If you use beef tender loin simmer about 10-15 mins. If using beef stew or round steak simmer about 1-1/2 hrs.) Stir in mushrooms and onions. Cover and simmer until onion is tender about 5 mins. Stir in sour cream. Heat through. Toss noodles with 1 tbsp. margarine. Serve beef mixture over hot noodles.
