1 Cup Butter
1 Cup Sugar
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
1 Egg
2 Cups Flour
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add vanilla and egg, then sift dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Chill dough. Place on cookie sheet in small balls and flatten with a fork dipped in sugar, making sure each cookie is sprinkled with sugar. Bake at 350º until edges just begin to turn golden, about 10 minutes.
