2 sticks of butter
1/2 cup Crisco
3 Cups sugar
5 eggs
3 cups of flour
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 7oz bottle of 7-Up

Lemon Glaze-
1 cup of powdered sugar
Juice of 1 lemon or tbsp milk

Directions:
Directions:
Do not use cake flour or sift. Stir flour in canisters before measuring. Cream margarine and Crisco. Add sugar slowly and eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add other ingredients except 7-Up and mix well. Slowly add 7-Up, mixing well. Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan and bake 1 hour and 10 to 20 minutes at 350º. Let cake cool, then invert onto a cake plate. Drizzle glaze over cake.
