1 pkg. cherry Jello
1 cup hot water
1 cup sugar
1 cup pineapple syrup
1 cup drained crushed pineapple
1 cup raw ground cranberries
1 ground orange
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup walnut meats
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve Jello in hot water, add sugar, lemon juice & pineapple syrup. Stir. Chill until partially set. Add remaining ingredients & chill.

This recipe is from Aunt Mitzi's 1959 St. Patrick's Mother's Club Cookbook in Corpus Christi. She gave me this cookbook when I went to take care of her a few years ago. This recipe is in this cookbook under Dottsie's name.
