8 oz semi-sweet pur chocolate
1 cup sugar
1 cup butter (unsalted)
1/4 cup coffe (strong)
1/4 cup liquor (Frangelican, Kahlua, Brandy, Amaretto, whatever you like. If you have no liquor, use more strong coffee)
4 eggs

Topping
1 cup heavy cram
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a double boiler, or microwave, melt chocolate, sugar and butter. Cool. Add coffee and beat in eggs. Butter and line with foil a 9 inch springform pan. Pour in batter and bake at 350º for 25 minutes, or until crust forms. Better to undercook.

Cool to room temperature and refrigerate overnight. Remove from pan. Freeze if desired.

Add whip cream when ready to serve. Garnish with strawberries or raspberries.
