8 oz. sour cream (blend with 1/2 cup of above milk)
3 cans of cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cups Frank's Red Hot sauce
1 1/2 lbs. cooked cubed or shredded chicken

Cook in crock pot on LOW for approximately 3 hours. Stir occasionally. Letting stand overnight in the refrigerator enhances the flavor even more. Serve hot with unseasoned bread crumbs or croutons. To create the recipe for a Westinghouse roaster, increase the recipe by a factor of 5.
