2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup Sour Cream
8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
1 sm. can Chopped Green Chilies, drained
1 sm. can Sliced Ripe Olives, drained
2/3 cup Green Onions, chopped
1 Garlic Clove, crushed
1/4 tsp. Seasoned Salt
1/2 tsp. AccentŠ
6 - 9" Flour Tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 9 ingredients. Spread 1/2 cup of the mixture on a flour tortilla and roll up jelly-roll style. Wrap each tortilla separately in plastic wrap or foil. Refrigerate for 3 -24 hours. Cut into 2" wheels. Serve with the salsa or dip of your choice.
