1 Pie Crust,unbaked
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp flour
1/8 tsp salt
1 cup cream
1 egg
1/4 tsp nutmeg
3 cups diced apples


1/3, cup sugar
1/3 cup flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cue butter,chilled and diced
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425. Press crust in 9 inch pan.
Sift together 1/2 cup sugar,2 tbsp flour,salt and nutmeg. Mix in sour cream,egg and vanilla and mix until smooth.Add apples and stir to coat. Pour into pie shell and bake 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and bake 30 minutes more. While pie is baking prepare the topping. Stir 1/3 cup flour,1/3, cup sugar and cut in butter until crumbly.Cover with crumb mixture and bake an additional 15 minutes. Cool and refrigerate.
