1 Thick slice of Sweet Onion (1/2" or so)
20 Cilantro leaves, whole
1 Jalapeņo (more if desired)
1/2 tsp. Chili Powder
1/2 tsp. Ground Cumin
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tbsp. Wine Vinegar
2 tsp. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 Clove Fresh Garlic
32 oz can Drained Tomatoes (save juice to add later for desired thickness)

Directions:
Directions:
Place ingredients into blender in the order given. Blend for just a second at a time. Do not over blend. NOTE: May adjust any of the above ingredients to your personal taste. You can use diced tomatoes with jalapeņos. Great on eggs, breakfast burritos and chips.
