2 lb. ground chuck
1 onion chopped
1 tbsp. Oregano
1 tbsp. Rosemary
1 tbsp. Basil
1/2 c. Chopped Parsley
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 lb. Lasagna noodles cooked
1 lb. Italian sausage
1 lb. Ricotta Cheese
1 lb. Mozzarella Cheese grated
1 lb. Romano Cheese grated
Spaghetti Sauce

Directions:

Fry meat with chopped onion, garlic powder, parsley, salt, pepper, Italian sausage, basil, oregano, rosemary until brown. Drain grease. Stir well so it is not lumpy.

Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish or use a non-stick baking dish and layer as follows:

Sauce
Noodles
Meat
Sauce
Mozzarella Cheese
Ricotta Cheese
Romano Cheese

Cover with foil and bake 375º for 1/2 hour or more until nice and hot. Serve with extra sauce.
