Personal Notes:
Grandpa's recommendation and use of William's chili mix when making chili got me hooked. The mix has the right balance of spices and a chili taste most appreciate. Spicy, but not too much so. Grandpa's recipe may the same as on the Williams chili mix package, for all I know. I just remember loving it, and I make it his way to this day. I now serve it with tortilla chips and cheese dip on the side. It is also good served over a bed of lettuce with fresh tomatoes, shredded cheese, and sour cream over it for a yummy taco salad.
