1 4 1/2 oz can shrimp, drained
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/8 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
dash of paprika
6-8 slices of American cheese
16 Keebler Club Crackers
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mash shrimp with fork. Add mayonnaise, onion and seasonings. Mix well. Cut strips of cheese to fit separated club crackers and place on crackers. Top each with approximately 1 Tbsp of mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Broil 8-10 minutes at 350º until lightly browned. You can mix the shrimp mixture earlier in the day and assemble not over 1 hour ahead.
