1 (14 oz.) can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing mix for chicken
1/2 c. hot water
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/4 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
1 tsp. dried basil leaves
1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions:

1. Heat oven to 400º.
2. Mix tomatoes, stuffing mix, hot water and garlic just until stuffing mix is moistened. Set aside.
3. Place chicken in 13x9 inch baking dish; top with basil, cheese and stuffing.
4. Bake 30 mins. or until chicken is cooked through.
