2 boxes chicken broth
5 cherry tomatoes
juice of 1-1/2 limes
1 pkg mushrooms
2 tbsp. Tum yum paste (available at the super store in Asian Isle)
5 Kaffir lime leaves halved and de-stemmed (optional)
2 tbsp. soy chili paste (purchased at an Asian market if available to you)
Galangal 2" sliced piece
raw, deviened shrimp 10 pieces (makes it Tom Yum) if you use chicken pieces it is Tom Yum Gai)

1. In a large pot; add chicken broth, lime juice, limes leaves, galangal to a boil. Simmer 20 minutes

2. Add tomatoes, mushrooms and return to a boil.

3. Add shrimp; simmer another minute.

4. Garnish with cilantro leaves and serve.
