Italian sausage
1-2 tbsp basil
2 garlic cloves chopped small or 2 tbsp. garlic powder
1/4 brick of cream cheese
button mushrooms large enough to stuff x 20
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese






Directions:
Directions:
1. Remove Italian Sausage from the casings.crumble and fry until cooked. Drain and then add; the garlic, basil, and the stems from the inside of the mushrooms that have been washed and diced into tiny pieces.

2. Fry for 2 minutes until flavors combine. Add the mozzarella cheese and the cream cheese

3. Stuff the centers of each mushroom and bake on 350 degrees until cooked about 20 minutes.

Method 2

1. Remove the stems

2. Roll plain ground Italian sausages into mini meatballs.

3. Place inside the center of the mushroom and cook in a 375 degree oven until the Italian Sausage is cooked
