1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tbsp green onion, chopped
2 tbsp parsley, minced
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp lemon juice
1-2 garlic cloves minced
Fresh spinach - enough for 4-6 servings
1 cup fresh sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup red onion finely chopped.
Directions:

1. In a blender, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, onion, parsley, vinegar, lemon juice and garlic.

2. Toss the spinach, mushrooms and onions with the dressing.

Serve.
