6 Pork Chops (Center cut or with bone)
1 1/2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
3 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 1/2 Tsp. Lemon Juice
3 Tbsp. Brown Sugar (light or dark)
3 Tbsp. Ketchup
2 Cloves Garlic
Salt and Pepper

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º.

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Place pork chops in a baking dish and brush marinate over the chops, turn over and brush on remaining side.

Bake for 30 minutes and then turn and bake for another 30 minutes. Use meat thermometer to check temperature - internal temperature should be 160º.

Remove and serve.
