1/4 cup maple syrup
1-2 tsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. Soya sauce
Directions:
Directions:
1. In a small sauce pan add the Maple Syrup

2. Warm on low heat, add the brown sugar to thicken the syrup.

3. Add the Soya sauce (2 tbsp. but more if desired)

4. Remove from the heat.

5. Place salmon skin down on foil and spread marinade over the salmon

6. BBQ or place salmon in the oven until the fish is just tender and starting to flake.
