1 lb sausage meat
1 cup green pepper
1 cup onion
1 cup celery
4 -1/2 cup rice
2 pkgs of Lipton Chicken Noodle Soup Mix

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown the sausage meat in a frying pan and remove once cooked.

2. Saute the vegetables in the drippings until tender, then drain well.

3. In a sauce pan bring the water to a boil; add pkgs. of soup and rice. Boil for 7 minutes.

4. Add the remaining ingredients.

5. Lightly butter a casserole dish and pour mixture into it.

6. Bake in 350º oven for 30 minutes.

7. Remove and sprinkle the top with paprika
