2lbs frozen hashbrowns
500ml sour cream
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
3/4 cup melted butter
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 cup finely chopped onions
2 cups crushed cornflakes
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except cornflakes and 1/4 cup of butter.

2. Pour into a large cake pan.

3. Mix the cornflake crumbs with 1/4 cup of butter t make a crumble topping.

4. Top the cake with cornflake crumb mixture,

5. Bake at 350º for 1-1/2 hours.
