For meatballs:
2 lbs of ground beef
1 cup of bread crumbs
1 cup of water
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

For the gravy
2 cups of water
1 small onion finely chopped
1/4 cup instant beef in a mug soup mix
1 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 cup of water
10 ounce can mushrooms
10 ounce can cream mushroom soup mix
2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. paprika
2 cups sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all of the ingredients for the meatballs together and form into tiny balls.

2. Bake on a cookie sheet for 15 minutes in a 425º oven.

Gravy

1. Combine all of the gravy ingredients together in a pot and bring to a boil.

2. Once boiling add 4 tbsp.cornstarch and 1/4 cup of water.

3. Stir until thickened.

4. Add 10 ounce can of mushrooms, 10 ounce can of condensed mushroom soup mix, 2 tsp. dry parsley flakes, 1/4 tsp. paprika and 2 cups of sour cream.

5. Simmer briefly. add a small amount of water if it is too thick.

6. Pour over the meatballs and bake 25-30 minutes in a 325 oven.
