3/4 cup butter or margarine
1/ cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla or 1/2 tsp. lemon extract
2-1/2 cup of flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
Directions:

1. Cream together the butter, sugar and eggs.

2. Add vanilla or lemon extract.

3. Add flour, baking powder and salt.

4. Bake 350º degrees until light brown
